Updates & Corrections

The publication of the book does not mark the end of the IDD inquiry. This page records revisions to the digital supplements, clarifications, and publication updates, so that supporting materials can evolve without silently altering the text readers already possess.

Each digital document is identified by version number and revision date, so that readers can determine which edition they are using. Revisions to digital materials are dated, documented, and preserved.
